EDUCATION:
Amy earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Wyoming College of Law. She also graduated from the University of Wyoming with a Masters Degree in Public Administration. Amy has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in both Psychology and Criminal Justice.
LEGAL PRACTICE:
Amy’s current practice focuses on professional liability defense in the areas of medical malpractice for hospitals, nurses, and physicians. In addition, Amy practices in other areas of insurance defense including automobile accidents and work-related injuries. During her career, Amy has been involved in a wide variety of complex litigation including both bench and jury trials as well as other administrative hearing tribunals.
ON THE SIDE:
Amy is the Vice-President of the Natrona County Bar Association and the Wyoming State Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Section, the Secretary of the Wyoming State Bar Association’s Criminal Section, the defense lawyer for the Natrona County Drug Court Program, and a member of the Wyoming Trial Lawyers Association, Defense Lawyer’s Association of Wyoming, 10th Circuit Historical Society, Rotaract, and the Basic Needs Committee with United Way. In her spare time, Amy enjoys spending time with her family and her dog, Ollie, working out, and being outdoors.
