EDUCATION:
Blaine Burgess graduated magna cum laude from Western Kentucky University in 2011 with a B.A. in History. In 2014, he graduated summa cum laude from Northern Kentucky University, Salmon P. Chase College of Law, earning his J.D. He is admitted to practice law in Wyoming, Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio.
LEGAL PRACTICE:
Mr. Burgess joined the firm of Williams, Porter, Day, & Neville in 2021. Previously, Mr. Burgess practiced in the Tristate area of Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana, spending the last five years as a Deputy Prosecutor for the State of Indiana. Prior to his work as a prosecutor, Mr. Burgess handled a variety of cases, including, but not limited to, criminal defense, immigration, business formation, workers’ compensation, and domestic relations.
ON THE SIDE:
Mr. Burgess is an avid hiker and, being a native Kentuckian, enjoys bluegrass music and Kentucky basketball.
