EDUCATION:
Carissa Mobley is a Wyoming native who earned her J.D, with honors and awarded Order of the Coif, from the University of Wyoming, College of Law in 2010.
LEGAL PRACTICE:
Carissa begin her practice with Schwartz, Bon, Walker & Studer, LLC in Casper, where she worked until 2024 when she joined Willaims, Porter, Day & Neville, P.C. as a Shareholder. While Carissa has both trial and appellate experience in both the State and Federal Courts of Wyoming, her primary practice includes general and complex estate planning, wealth transfer planning, business organization and maintenance, family business succession and estate administration. In 2013, Carissa obtained her Small Business Administration Priority Closing Attorney designation, where she practices as a 504 small business loan closing attorney. Carissa serves as past-Chairperson for the Estate Planning, Elder Law, Trust and Probate Section of the Wyoming Bar.
Carissa’s approach to her practice is characterized by personalized attention and a genuine commitment to her clients' success. She believes in treating each client with the utmost care and diligence, ensuring that their estate and business goals are not only met but exceeded.
ON THE SIDE:
Outside of her legal practice, Carissa can often be found exploring the landscapes of Wyoming, hunting, fishing or camping with her husband and young children. When time permits, Carissa enjoys a friendly match of pickleball and coaching her daughter’s volleyball team.
