EDUCATION:

Mr. Brinkerhoff graduated from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 1984.

LEGAL PRACTICE:

Mr. Brinkerhoff has a jury trial practice and  specializes in the defense of  medical malpractice,  professional liability and personal injury cases.  In his 40 years of practice,  he  has tried numerous jury trial cases to verdict  in State and Federal Court in  Wyoming and  also is an experienced appellate  attorney  having  briefed and  argued many appeals.

Mr. Brinkerhoff  has a Preeminent  Martindale-Hubble rating, the highest rating possible for professional ability and ethics, has  been inducted into the American College of Trial Lawyers (ACTL), Noth America’s most prominent organization of trial lawyers, and is listed in Mountain States Super Lawyers.
