The case involved claims of breach of contract, insurance bad faith, and statutory attorney’s fees stemming from an auto accident and subsequent underinsured motorist claim. After a four-day bench trial, the Court issued a written ruling in favor of our client on all claims. The Court concluded the insurer acted appropriately and in line with industry standards.
